At The Chef's Press™, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Returns

  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment once the return is received and inspected.

Terms and Conditions

  • Mis-Packaging Claims: The Chef's Press™ will not accept any claims of mis-packaging without a photo of your unopened, vacuum-sealed bag. Please ensure the product is unopened and retain all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: The Chef's Press™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided during the checkout process. Upon inquiry, The Chef's Press™ will confirm the delivery details, including the delivery address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details, for the customer to investigate further with the shipping carrier.

  • Undeliverable Packages: The Chef's Press™ is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to issues with the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is accurate and deliverable. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for the cost of a new shipping label for re-delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
